We have partnered with HealthSmart to offer a medical specialty copay assistance program known as Smart RxAssist (SRxA). SRxA offers members and employer groups the opportunity to reduce the financial burdens associated with specialty medications that are infused and injected by a physician, home infusion provider or infusion center and billed under the medical benefit. SRxA works with the employer group and the health plan to modify plan design and coordinate out-of-pocket accumulators to maximize savings associated with manufacturer assistance programs. The result is a lower total cost to employer groups and their members.
