Pinnacle Community Services
As the Niagara region grew from small towns to a major industrial area in the late 19th century, the number of residents needing help also increased. Initially formed with a $156 donation in 1895, Pinnacle Community Services has now grown to over 90 staff members in 5 locations helping thousands of children, adults, and families across Niagara County.
Today, they offer a wide range of inter-related community social work – including a number of domestic violence, parenting, and youth services – all through ongoing support and care from the community.
